Copeland Hall
Welcome to Copeland Hall Bowdon’s Cultural Arts Center
Copeland Hall was made possible through a bequest from the estate of Mr. Willard Copeland, a longtime resident of Bowdon.
Copeland Hall is a unique combination facility housing a 500-seat auditorium on one side and a basketball gymnasium on the other. The auditorium and gymnasium share a lobby, concession area, and box office.
The auditorium is a great venue for concerts. The acoustics in Copeland Hall are said to be some of the best around. We have enjoyed concerts by Barry Waldrep, The Steed Brothers, Terry Lowry, Dailey and Vincent, Claire Lynch, Thom Bresh, Junior Brown and comedy by James Gregory. The hall is also well equipped for plays, lectures, business meetings, beauty pageants, fashion shows and educational events such as storytelling, acting classes, music lessons and band concerts.
