The regular meeting of the Bowdon Historic Preservation Commission will be held on January 6, at 6pm, in the Conference Room of the Municipal Building (City Hall). You will receive another invite for a January 21 meeting with the contract surveyors who have finished up the work on the historic survey. 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Bowdon Historic Preservation Commission Bowdon Municipal Complex, Room 132 Most of you will remember the grant we received to contract a company to do an historic resource survey of Downtown Bowdon. This is something that is required periodically in order to maintain our status as a Certified Local Government. The company who completed the survey, VHB, will be presenting their report to us on January 21, here at the Municipal Building, Room 132. You are all invited to be present for the presentation if you would like. The report has been completed and approved by the State Historic Preservation office. If you do plan to come, please let me know- I plan to provide a light dinner beginning at 6, so I need to know how many people will be present. Thanks- and have a wonderful Christmas!
