City of Bowdon Utility Customers
After more than 15 years with a zero increase in rates, it has come time to increase our utility rates. We have been able to absorb the costs of materials and operational costs over the years, but these costs have caught up with us.
Enclosed with your bill is a rate sheet that identifies the new rate schedule. This increase was a tough decision to make, and we understand how it will affect our customers. Therefore, we thank you for your ongoing support and trust that these changes will help us continue providing you with quality service. The new rate structure will be effective on the May 2026 water bill.
As always, we welcome any questions or comments.
Sincerely,
